If an undergrad institution gives a 4.33 for an A+ and a 4 for an A, how will AMCAS convert the A+ grades. Will it still be just a 4?

Yeah, AMCAS calculates A/A+ grades as a 4.0

Most schools don't give A+ even if you get a 95, 98, or 100 in the class, so they can't really count them for an app like this.
