Hi I had a quick question.

How does the AMCAS GPA grid work?
If I’m taking:

Freshman year: 31 credits
Summer 8 credits
Sophomore year: 27 credits
Summer: 7 credits
Junior year: 28 credits

How will this show on the grid? Do the summers go toward the next year so it would look like this?

Freshman year: 31
Sophomore year: 27 + 8 = 35
Junior Year: 28 + 7 = 35

Making it look like I took 35 credits in one year?

did you read the instructions? summer courses count toward the following year, so yes it will show 35 for sophomore and junior year
