Just a quick question on the GPA calculation in the application. I just finished the entering the course marks and credits but didn't get the GPA calculated. Shouldn't it calculate automatically.

No, the GPA calculations appear after your application has completed processing. Thats where they verify whether everything you entered is accurate or not.

when is it completed processing? after all the sections is done or after you submit to AMCAS and they reply back to you.

your official GPA will show up once you submit AMCAS and it gets verified (once they email you saying its done, usually takes ~2-3 weeks depending on volume)
