I'm curious, once a letter is received by AMCAS and I've assigned it to a specific school and submitted that school's secondary app, how long will it take for the school to receive the letter and call my app "complete?"

it really depends on the school. In my case, some schools downloaded the next day it posted on AMCAS (GWU) while other schools wait until they get to your file before they download the letters (VCU)

But there isn't some sort of required waiting period like there is for verification? As soon as AMCAS receives the letter, schools can start getting the letter no problem?
