just a general question in regards to the AMCAS application. How does the AMCAS know that an applicant has sent all of his college transcripts?

Background checks? Its probably more of an honor system thing, but no one should really want to risk being booted out of MSII for not reporting a couple of grades.
yeah they might not find out. but if they did find out later that you withheld info on your amcas, i hear you can be booted from medschool, even if you were like an ms4 or whatever. that'd be really bad, so its not worth the risk, in my opinion....
