AMCAS Status Update-- prob a dumb question sorry :(

This is probably a dumb question, but I keep seeing that AMCAS updates your status at various schools to your application, and your pre-health advisor can see these updates.
Ive had 8 IIs, been accepted to 2 places and WL at 2, as well as a handful of Rs and "Holds" Pre-II, yet my AMCAS app reflects NONE of this.
How does my advisor get updated? Should I be concerned that my portal isnt displaying this, or will that not display until the acceptance report goes out.

On the applicant side, we see nothing in AMCAS.

However, schools report back to AMCAS on the action they took against you (reject, waitlist, accept), and your advisor has access to that list if you gave them that permission on the AMCAS app.
