on amcas/tmdsas do we need to write in coursework that we will be taking this fall? or do we only put down completed coursework? thanks.

You should put down future coursework so they know what you plan to be taking. This is especially important if you haven't finished all your prereqs. When you're inputting your courses there's a box at the bottom you can check for "future/current" courses.
