AMCAS Transcript Form?

I've only been able to log on twice, so I'm sorry if this is mentioned somewhere in the application itself: Can you just have your school send transcripts without the AAMCAS request form, or is that form required to go with your transcript?

Based on last year's process, you absolutely need the transcript request form. When you print it out, the request form has your name and address, and even contains its very own bar code so that they can scan it and file it properly.

Without the request form, your transcripts will never make it into your file.

Hope the online mess is cleared up soon.

Thanks. You just saved me a lot of work! I hope this web mess gets cleared up soon too, but something tells me that is just wishful thinking.
