For Mac users, AMCAS supports the following browser versions:

If you are currently using Internet Explorer 8 you can change the settings to access the AMCAS Application by following the steps below:
1. Under the "Tools" menu select, "Compatibility View Settings".
2. Select the box "Display all websites in Compatibility View"
We realize the burden that this causes some applicants and are working with our technical team to stay as up to date as possible with current technology and browsers. When a new browser becomes available, AMCAS has to do a large series of tests to ensure the integrity, security and user experience of our applications and this can take some time. This issue is noted and we continue to work on improving our options. In the meantime, you may have to try using another computer with a supported browser to complete your AMCAS application.
