AMCAS users please help!

I called about the fact that AAMC has been changing our parents' occupations. I am trying to go back to fix the problem and I cant get to that section when I click on biographic info. I am able to get to contact info and then it goes back to the beginning again. How do I get to my "personal info"?

Yeah, I called aamc again and they said that a technician will try and change. It just sucks that AAMC has been changing ocupations without notifying people! 😡
