AMCAS, what the hell?

i just received an email saying that they have received my transcript even though they had already received it late june (they emailed me once before).
i submitted my amcas on 7/24..
i really hope this crap doesn't prolong the verification process.

I wouldn't worry. The same thing happened to me and it freaked me out, but I got verified a week later.

I had the same thing happen, ironically enough. Turns out that MY UNIVERSITY sent a second transcript to AMCAS without my permission, which is a huge violation of my FERPA rights. The same thing may very well have happened to you.

could just be a glitch. email them about it to quell your paranoia.
