Just curious. Has anyone seen a position posted for an American-licensed pharmacist to work for the US gubment in the UK? I'm picturing something like a civilian working at a government facility, naval base, etc. Or do they use USPHS RPhs for this?

Harrogate and Lakenheath come to mind. I think Harrogate is uniformed or NSPS only due to its work. The ones I knew rotated from Landstuhl rather than be direct attachments to the bases. Lakenheath has/had? a full medical Wing at one point permanently there.
