An interview question...entomology&Pharm..?

Hello. I am a student who was originally going to school for entomology, and have switched to Pharmacy. I had one interview at OU Tulsa, and have not recieved an early acceptance letter (I have heard that 50% of accepted students will get early acceptance letters, 50% get reg. acceptance letters). In my letter of intent, I wrote that I wanted to ultimately combine the fields of Entomology and Pharmacology together, and I do. However, I am not exactly sure how I will do it. Of course they asked me about it in my interview, and I don't think what I gave as an answer was a satisfactory for the interview committee. I had a hard time bridging the two together. I have another interview tomarrow, with another school, and was wondering if any one had any advice. Also, what is a satisfactory answer for "why Pharmacy?" ... I know all of the reasons why I am doing it, and why most others are, but.. I am struggling with how to word it. Any help would be great. I don't want this opportunity to get away because I didn't know how to answer these questions. Thanks.

Watch the movie "Medicine Man" with Sean Connery. Get inspired by it.. and tell OU..that you want to cure cancer with enzymes produced by that rare spider from the Amazon.. And with your background in Entomology.. you could be that "medicine man."
