for 29. pls read your dental deck clearly and it said that inf. alveolr n.( before give br. to mental) supplies chin and lower lip.

45. this is easy because you know herpes, right and herpes is associated with dermatome and dermatome is only on the skin!! so you got it!

48. I don't like this kind of q because the exam did not give the right answer. Ans should be coracobacialis and short head of biceps. According to my research, the first m will be affected is deltoid. I have no explaination about subclavis...so if anyone can confirm, pls!

55. read your kaplan book carefully, it said sym to head and neck follows CN, so the ans should be E. and also look at others answer. all are wiered.

83. pterygopalatine has CN. 7

92. Pulp in 25 year old is dense but the question ( I got) asked dense irreg or reg, so this question is dense because a lot of cells, less fiber.

94. look at grant anatomy picture!

:)

Hi

Thanks for putting up the answers.

For question, 29, I agree with Prady that it should be the mental nerve and not the IAN as the IAN supplies the lower teeth, alveolar process and PDL. I didn't get my answer from the decks but from an anatomy book for dental students.

For question 48, I think it's C (biceps and pectoralis minor) as both of these insert into the coracoid process of the scapula.

For # 55 it's E (agree with Drfun) :)

For #83, I agree with Prady as you find V2, pterygopalatine ganglion, and third part of the max. artery in the ptergopalatine fossa.

I also agree with Prady on #s 92, and 94.

i want to correct ans for 55 its 379 10 cn nerves

The cranial sympathetics include sympathetic efferent fibers from oculomotor, facial, glossopharyngeal and vagus nerve, and sympathetic afferent in the last three nerves, cranial outflow i suppose

abt pulp ur right prady it is loose areolar CT

does pulp mature ?

there is no immature pulp and mature pulp i suppose .
expert opinion from any endodontist needed

thts a tricky question to confuse , only calcification in old age ,calcification is not mature pulp

sorry for the inconvenience, mekha!i have cleared out a few pm from my box!feel free to pm me!
