Anatomy and spelling

Im takin an anatomy class and am doing pretty well in it so far...however our prof doesnt take off for spelling.... If he did my A would be an F right now.... some of this crap is too complicated to spell.... is spelling a big issue while taking anatomy in med school?

Spelling didn't matter for us in anatomy or neuroanatomy. I had classmates who took it in undergraduate and said that it did. Thank god it doesn't in med school!
