Hey everyone!

I am about to start my program in June and I was wondering if there is any books or websites you guys would suggest for anatomy such as for origin, insertion, action, and nerves of muscles?

Thanks in advance!

Netter's is a little different than Grant's is a little different than Gray's etc . . . Look and see what anatomy text your program uses and make flashcards from that.

Just enjoy your free time! But yes, making flashcards on quizlet is helpful and usually your professor will give you a muscle table to study from.

Don't sweat it one tiny bit until class starts, and then memorize/cram in everything your professor provides in lecture and lab as that is what will be tested. Supplement with whatever source floats your boat/whatever your professor recommends as needed, but realize that time spent away from the lecture slides and lab handouts will be very low yield on the test.
