ICE TIE
Internal Spermatic Fascia, Cremasteric Fascia, External Spermatic Fascia
continuous with
Transversalis Fascia, Internal Abdominal Oblique Aponeurosis, External Abdominal Oblique Aponeurosis
But remember that it is the fascia of the External Abdominal Oblique muscle that becomes external spermatic fascia. The spermatic cord comes through a defect in the External Abdominal Oblique muscle, namely the superficial ring.
Nonetheless excellent mnemonic. Still works.
bumping this thread for more dirty mnemonics!!!
a quick little one just to remember the full name and function of a muscle:

levator labii superiorus alaeque nasi muscle. A good Elvis impression is the only biologically useful function of this muscle 🙂

Here are some I used:
On the Knee, you put Nivea (it's a skin cream, known in Portugal, and used a lot in knees). That's why you have NiVeA (Nerve - Vein - Artery), from lateral to medial, on the popliteal fossa.
For the crossed ligaments of your left knee, cross your left leg anteriorly to your right one. Now the anterior ligament mimics your left leg, and the posterior one mimics your right one. Same works for the other leg. 🙂

Inferior Rectal
Perineal
Artery to the Bulb (of penis/clitoris)
Deep (of Penis/clitoris)
Dorsal (of penis/clitoris)
Posterior (scrotal/labial)
Anyone got a good one for branches of the internal iliac?

I actively tried to learn a second mnemonic for the Brachial Plexus since I hate Randy Travis, but inevitably it is the one I remember the most, by far.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XEYxkb1Rjpw&feature=player_embedded This is a video by a guy named "Darkwinner" with several mnemonics relating to the axillary artery and its branches. The production values could use some work, but I love the mnemonics (especially "Cadavers Are Dead People" for the branches of the thoracoacromial trunk).

Our tutor mentioned this one for the carpal bones. Its arranged into two sentences so it help to remember which ones are on the proximal row & which ones are on the distal:
She Looks Too Pretty - proximal row from lateral to medial - Scaphoid Lunate Triquetral Pisiform
Try To Catch Her - distal row from lateral to medial - Trapezium Trapezoid Capitate Hamate

I just came up with this one for the nerves coming off the brachial plexus.
Four scabs on two pecs are too cute, so long's they are titties (TDs).
Four scapular - Dorsal scapular, Upper subscapular, Lower Subscapular,
Suprascapular
Two Pectoral - Medial Pectoral, Lateral Pectoral
Two Cutaneous- Medial Cutaneous nerve of the arm and forearm
Subclavian
Long Thoracic
Axillary
Thoracodorsal
This has helped me to memorize them, hopefully others can benefit as well.

"C5,6, and 7; wings go to heaven"
Lets you know that a lesion on any of the ventral rami of C5-7 (long thoracic nerve) will damage the serratus anterior muscle causing a "winged scapula."

Of course you'll have to know a lot more of the pathway, but it helps get you started...

Its for the branches of the facial nerve, temporal, zygomatic, buccal, mandibular and cervical.
The mnemonic is missing the two pre-parotid branches. Gotta get posterior auricular and nerve to posterior digastric/stylohyoid in there.

I've used so many of the ones already posted.
For along the subclavian/axillary/brachial artery until the elbow:
VIT C and sometimes D (since dorsal scap. doesn't always exist)
She Tastes Like Sweet Apple Pie
Pounds per Square Inch (PSI)
For bones of the wrist:
Sally Likes To Play Try To Catch Her
or
Slowly Lower Tilly's Pants To The Curly Hairs
Brachial Plexus (some schools use different names for some of the nerves... so may or may not work):
For the medial cord branches: Most Medical Men Use Morphine
For the posterior cord branches: ULTRA (lower subscap and thoracodorsal aren't in order though)
To remember that the Lat Dorsi insertion is between the insertions of the Teres Major and Pec Major:
a Miss lies between two Majors
To remember that the suprascap artery runs over the transverse scap. ligament and the suprescap nerve runs under it:
Army over Navy
