Reason (anesthesia) docs get burned out is they work a full week and have less than 8-10 weeks off

I have yet to hear my mommy (and daddy) 2-3 days a week anesthesia docs feel burned out.

The optima work hours for anesthesia docs is either take 15 weeks off if working a full schedule or work part time 0.5-0.7 plus 8 weeks off

Yeah. Something like 0.7 or 3-4 days weekly sounds good. You make less but last a lot longer.
