Anki interface?

Anyone else absolutely hate the general interface of Anki? Does the new update fix that?

Or.. is there anyway to mess with it yourself and change things up... mainly the font size? I love the software and it's a great program but the interface makes me want to throw my laptop across the room

You can change the font, font size, and card color by hitting the 'cards' section and playing around with the settings.

There is also an add on that changes the button colors.
