A. Class II malocclusion.
B. An opposing free end saddle removable partial.
C. Previous orthodontic treatment.

I think D: it's an indication of "conventional" bridge.

38.A 22-year old presents with a fracture of the incisal third of tooth 2.1 exposing a small amount of dentin. The fracture occurred one hour previously. B. smooth the surrounding enamel and apply glass ionomer cement.
C. smooth the surrounding enamel and apply a calcium hydroxide cement.
D. place a provisional (temporary) crown.
B :
There is no pulp exposure, so no endo needed.
The calcium hydroxide cement could just protect the dentin, but can't replace the lost dentin.
Finally, a crown is not needed to restore since the amount of dentin lost is small.

question no. 35 is D.
I agree (Ahmead and gag)

question no. 40 is B.
Since root planing removes infiltred cementum and removes "dentin's isolation", I believe that the sensibility is due to an odontoblastic process, so I still keep C as an answer :)

question no. 42 is B.
I agree that tooth sensitivity is a SIDE EFFECT of tunneling procedure, but I think that TOOTH LOSS is likely due to root caries
question no. 48 is C
May be since they are talking about LIGHT force

WOULD U PLEASE AXPLAIN QUESTION NO. 47?
Sorry, I missed the key word: least. So please let me check, and I'll be back ASAP

also there is another question under titel(CANADIAN AND PART II NBDE EXAM QUESTION NEED ANSWERS) QESTION 1 TO 33, WOULD U PLEASE ANSWER IT TO HANAN?

WOULD U PLEASE AXPLAIN QUESTION NO. 47?

I'm back with a great link to dental structure's histology:
http://dentistry.ouhsc.edu/intranet-web/Courses/CELL8002/Home.html
So, both odontoblasts ,free zone of weill and undifferentiated mesenchymal cells are present in NORMAL dental pulp. Hence, C is the right answer: lymhphocytes and plasma cells are present only in PATHOLOGIC pulp: How was that buddy?

I believe the answer to this would be B. Water only as the introduction of air during a surgical extraction can cause air emphysema
