This might be really nitpicky but its 5 AM and I feel like it:
On the part about Letters of Recommendation, for a Health Professions Committee letter, it asks the name/email/number of the person preparing the letter.
Do they want the name of the person actually writing it or the Health Professions Committee person who is putting the pack of rec letters together to send out everywhere?
