Your numbers should garner interest. Your performance on rotations and letters of recommendation are going to be what really defines you.

With strong performances on rotations you should have a fair chance at matching.

I choose a different specialty, so I can't comment on your Urological chances, but the title of the post is getting my OCD all fired up, consider "changes" --> "chances"
