it is determined that an 8 yr child needs a tooth extraction , but the mother is paged and leaves the office before he can give approval for the treatment . the best of course of action would be too------
continue with treatment
jut take radiographs and prophylaxis
give the child dental sealants
dismiss the patient and reschedule.
a mother of a 20 ye old childwith trisomy 21 ( who is under mothers care ) says she want the dentist to replace her son's amalgum fillings,but the patient strongly objects
