prostaglandin in seminal fluid thought to

cause ovulation
stimulate muscular contraction in uterus
stimulate vestibular glands to produce mucus

i think it is number 1 as all i found about this Q was that prostaglandins decrease immune reaction of female to foreibn semen
but at same time in female prostaglandins increase contraction of uterus ...so i do not know as in Q it says in seminal fluid
any ideas??

prevotella intermedia found in oral cavity
immediately after a PDL disease
or long after o PDL disease

max central incisor cross sectioned at cervical line will have
triangular
oval form

please explain the effect of tetracyclin if taken by mother in second trimester ..

in cyanide poisining
what type of transport will be present:
simple diffusion
facilitated
active

in decks:
decrease iodine lead to increase thyroglobulin
and decrease thyroxine ,T3, TSH
this is wrong right ?
i just need someone to confirm my knowledge:
decrease iodine lead to increase TSH
and decrease T3,T4 , thyroglobulin

thanks in advance

Ans: It is a tricky Q. Seminal fluid contains Fructose & prostaglandin
Fructose : provides oxidative energy for sperm
Prostaglandin: Induction of contractions in uterus to help prople the sperm forward.

Ans: Second trimester is from week 13 to almost week 25 of intrauterine life(i.e 4-6 mnths of pregnancy) we have to think abt the teeth which ones are forming around that area. Almost all primary teeth will be stained.

Ans: Yes i think what you are saying is correct.

Hope it helps. Please correct me if I am wrong

I am not sure abt the Cyanide Q. I hope someone else will be able to help or I will try my best to go through the books to find the answer & will update.

For prevotella intermedia qeustion none of choice is correct as It is cause of PDL disease and it should be present at the time of Disease or before PDL disease...

About Thyroid you are absolutely right!

about cyanide it could be facilitated transport but I am not sure...

hey drkooks,
is this all abt part1 or part2? I just wanna make sure becoz I'm curious abt the testlets pattern of part1. thank you.

cyanide poisoning poisons oxidative phosphorylation...so hampers active transport..

it hampers active transport ..but what type of transport is present
is it facilitated diffusion or simple diffusion....as they both do not need energy
