Anthem Breaks With Express Scripts, Will Start Own Drug Plan

It hasn't been a good week for Express Scripts...

Are there any independent pharmacists left on this forum? If so: what do you think about this- is this a game changer, or just window dressing? (I'm told Optum [UnitedHealth's PBM] is a bigger headache than Express Scripts ever was)
