I'm just looking for a reliable resource for first and second generation antipsychotic neuroreceptor affinities. I did some searching and have found some conflicting reports. This could be a book or an internet source I'm just looking for something that's pretty reliable. Thanks for any references!

Honestly you can just look at Wikipedia, individual receptor affinities are listed for most pharmaceutical agents there.

You’re probably getting different data because studies to spit out the same number every time. I would be less worried about specific numbers and more about general magnitudes.

I good recent review on dose equivalence is Leucht S et al., Schiz Bull 41; 1397-1402, 2015. It won't have all agents in it.
