Okay, so I have a 3.36 cgpa and a 3.08 sgpa (would be higher, but AACOMAS doesn't count math). 505 mcat
~150 hours of clinical experience (volunteering at a hospital)
~45 hours shadowing an MD, had a lot of difficulty finding a DO to shadow, but I really love the Osteopathic principles, so I'm hoping they give me a chance
372 hours of community service (volunteer teaching and mentoring a primarily underserved population)
232 hours of research (psych focused)
2.3 years part time nonclinical work
URM

Schools I'm looking at right now.
PCOM (both campuses)
NYIT
MSUCOM
LECOM (both campuses)
OUHCOM
UNECOM
Rowan

I'm also applying to a few md schools in my state because of costs, but do you guys think this is a good school list. Are there any schools I should remove or any that I should add.

Your sGPA is too low for that list. You mention costs and then the fAct you are applying MD schools for that reason. I suggest you save that money and apply to other DO schools. I can safely say your chances are extremely limited with that sGPA.

Also, you need to beef up your extracirc/leadership/work experience. Its a bit lagging in my opinion. Were you not able to find any sort of work in the healthcare field?

Consider adding bcom, acom, wvsom, and kycom.

What is your state of residence? Half your list consists of schools that have a bias towards people from their state/region and all would be extremely difficult to get in with your sgpa.

From the list, it looks like the OP is in the Northeast. I would recommend adding more newer schools to that list. The list is too top heavy!

If that's true then skip MSU and OUH to save your money.

Definitely add more schools because, as mentioned above, your list is way to top heavy.
