I understand good ergonomics is the best to avoid any physcial problems. Is there any tips to improve ergonomics. Any exercises/stretching to help with posture or help people with bad posture?

Work out every day, especially your back muscles...get a good mattress, and sleep with a pillow b/w your legs (I know it sounds weird but it helps retain the natural curvature of your spine during sleep - read it somewhere).

1. Lower back extention (they look like reverse sit-ups).
2. Lat pulldowns to strengthen your lats. Make sure to pull the bar down in front of your face and your back straight.
3. Bench press. This way you stick your chest out when you walk instead of hunching.
