I am currently 3rd year medical student in Thailand.My dream is to get neurology residency program in US. My GPA is quite low (about 3) and have just one presentation research. Any advice on how to get there or what i have to do next??. Thank you

You can practice in Thailand. I am sure they need doctors there as well.
