Any advice on standing and how to strengthen appl?

Hi all,

My stats are : MCAT: 28 (twice, same score); GPA: 3.5; some EC in psychiatry research. Reapplying second time, all applications in and waiting for interviews. How good would I stand for a NYC or New England med school? Anything extra I can do to strengthen my applications?
