Any advice to make the waiting game easier?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
If it makes you feel any better, I haven't heard back from a single school so far (and I applied to 10) 😵 I've only gotten update emails saying "your file is still under review" etc. Between my work schedule, I like to find hobbies that I once was interested in before college and now have time for! I've also been practicing my interview skills in front of a camera/phone and seeing how I talk to make sure I know what I'm saying and can formulate my answers in a timely manner. Honestly, this cycle is going to be much different from previous ones, so don't be surprised if you don't hear back from a school until later! Good luck trying to stay sane and trust the process!

Any advice for calming anxiety while waiting for dental schools to respond? Still waiting to hear back from a few schools and nervous
I would suggest to stop coming on SDN. When you see others getting interview invites and you’re not, it can drive people crazy and more anxious. Just know this year is different and nothing is predictable.
