I think that about 30 of 300 Canadian applicants to the US every year matriculate. This was from AAMC data. A list of US schools that interview regular Canadians can be found on the premed101 forums:

I would say we're treated about the same as out of state. Maybe a little bit lower. It probably depends on how many Canadians apply to the school.
