I had heard the same thing and found that the APhA Complete Review for Pharmacy (was available free on our PharmacyLibrary site) had a chapter with some additional compounding information. I think watching videos on some of the processes could help you remember them more than just reading the steps too.

I do not recall compounding in apha but i might be wrong ..thanks ...i want to watch videos but it would be easier to know what to look for
