any Docs licensed in NY question about transcripts

I am in process of app for NY license anyone who did this recently, know if they need undergraduate transcripts as well? I called them up and believe it or not the person told me no, but a friend of mind said he had to send. I went to more than one university and wondered if I need to get all those documents.

I have my NY license. The process was painful and the office was very unhelpful. The website did not state that it was required (unsure if this has changed), but after waiting 3 months I received a letter stating that I needed proof of my undergraduate institution and when I called I was told to send transcripts. After sending transcripts it took about another 3.5 months to get my license. I think you are safer to just send them.

Yikes! another 3 months! so frustrating and crazy. Thanks for your help. Ill go ahead and do that.
