Ok, so i know this has probablly been discussed 10 times over, but only in isolated areas. What i am wanting to do now is to compare over a more wide area.
average hours worked per week in a specialty
average salary per week in a specialty
i read that the ave gen.surg works about 60hrs, and makes about 250k. I also heard the ave fp works like 4 days a week and about 9 hrs a day for about 150k. kind of odd that if you break it down, both come out at about $80 an hour. anyone think about it like that before??
does anyone know where to look this stuff up maybe???
