No kidding. Seemed a bit odd to me. I assume they've got access to e-mail?

There are no USC grads that can operate a computer.....They actually have to hire high school dropouts to work the postage meter.

I'll fight my bitterness... 🙁

I haven't been there, but the ED patient population is supposed to be a quatenary/indigent mix. Solid academics. Bunch of fellowships -- really good place for tox. Great overall reputation. Residents seem happy enough.

Sac is kind of central-valley-ish (ie midwest/rural), but only 2 hours from Tahoe, 1 hour from the Bay Area.
