hi there!! thank u soo much for ur wishes ..believe me it wasnt easy there were times i would cry or want to give up coz my husband was hardly homw to help..i would put the kids the kids to sleep by 8-9 sometimes even 10 n would study all night till morning 4-5 n then be up for my morning duties..this went on for about 4 months n I was a walking zombie by then finally the last month my mom came down to help me n that made the diff i suppose God couldnt be everywhere so he created mothers..
God bless you! I do the exact same thing too! My Husband is actually in one of the International Dental Programs right now and we take shifts with the kids. My exam is next month (mid-May). I really hope to get a reasonable score (anywhere around 86-87). I have been studying for 7 months now but short hours a day. Now I am full speed around 6-8hrs a day, but half of them asleep . I am reviewing DA now and will start past exams v. soon. Wish me luck and any advice on how to handle the last month would be deeply appreciated .
hi,am also trying to study for nbde 1 with 15 months twins as well,i also can get only few hours aday so i expect to take long months preparing, but how can u remember all things u studied more than 7-8 months ago any advice on what to start with?am starting with dental decks, how many hours aday u studied?wish u the best of luck
i really needed to hear that thanx alot, were u fresh grad when u did the exam coz i graduated 2003 and i saw ur study plan which i really like but will it be enough for me who graduated that long?Good luck with your preparation! It was a tough journey but worth the hard work! I was determine to prove myself that I can do it! I scored an 89 in NBDE 1 and 107 in Toefl with my twins! If I can do it anyone else can. I am not super strong or anything. I am a normal person. I posted a link on my exact study plan. I started out slow 2-3 hours a day and ended up with 8-10 hrs a day. But I couldn't do anything without the help of my husband! He was a great support during this process. He helped me study by taking care of the girls in the evenings. I couldn't have done it alone! Good luck and all the best!
