Well, they'll be interviewing from mid-sept to early April. They don't book interviews too far in advance. At least in my case, I got to set up my date within a month after recieving a snail mail letter invite. Here's good luck to the both of us.

To answer the original question, yes they are still giving out invites -- two of my undergrad friends here at Dartmouth (with unbelievable stats) just got their invites in the last week or two.
Also, for the two of you waiting to hear back, I got to speak with the Dean of Admissions during the fall, who told myself and 10 other undergrads that Dartmouth has a ranking system in which they start accepting/rejecting their applicants from the top and bottom of their list. That means the majority of the applicants won't hear until March or so, and he told us that as long as we don't hear from them, we should take heart and not stress out. Hope that helps!
