Is this legit? I feel like it would be great for advancing your skill set but I idk if employers would actually take you seriously though.

MRI online is a good resource with high quality teaching. I'm not sure what you mean about employers taking you seriously though -- these training courses are good for continuing education but not meant to replace a real fellowship.
