Possibly Wayne State, Rush and Arkansas still have not filled their positions. I wonder why Rush always seems to never fill their positions?

Wayne/RIM hasn't filled...they don't fill their spots through the scramble...

Another program that never fills is Washington U. in St. Louis. They didn't even fill a PGY-1 slot through the match.

I think this may be due to people being weary about the fact that the PM&R dept there is run by the Dept of Neurology.
