Anybody else having trouble printing the transcript match form?

It won't let me print it. When i open it on microsoft word it shows a very weird text. And I can't open it online. Anyone else having troubles? Or are there any solutions?

Are you telling it to save the file or just to immediately open the file? Save it to your desktop or something. If it's named something like index.cgi, change the .cgi to .pdf. Then give it a whirl.

Yea I had the same issue. For some reason my adobe acrobat reader wouldn't open them on my personal computer. I had to go to my University where it opened. Then I printed them out.

For some reason i had to do the exact same thing... I was just messing around with my computer and i got the CGI file to work. Just make sure when you open the file and it asks what program to run in pick adobe and it should open fine. 😏 should have just provided us with a pdf instead.

by the way i just downloaded adobe reader X and set the default program to this for cgi files.

That's what they were going for. The script is supposed to dynamically make a pdf with your junk on it. It's doing that, but someone just got sloppy somewhere and so it's not spitting out a file everyone can use without making some changes.

what kind of Internet browser are you using?

I use Google Chrome and it gives me *.cgi files then I switch to IE, it works fine.

yah i was having the same problem since i use chrome too. switched to safari and it works fine.
