Anyone accepted with low to average PCAT? I just wanted to know what is the lowest they will accept.

I was accepted to Wingate with an 82.

i did well on every section BUT the english. i really really bombed the english portion of the exam (around 60 something), hahaha. i didn't study for it because i didn't know how to and also b/c i was running out of time and cramming hardcore for the other sections.

yeaa....dont do what i did.

Got accepted with a 63 compostie 😀 Go figure. Got another interview at University of Wisconsin-Madison. Yep. Good luck. Pcat isn't the only thing schools look at.

I know two people who got into pharmacy schools last year who both had around a 50 composite.
One went to Campbell, and the other had her choice of Shenandoah or Samford and went to Samford.

yeah i think that would be good to know....................like i mentioned before, i've only been invited to one interview with a 3.1 in biomedical engineering with a 98% pcat...............and i'm really worried at this point b/c my interview (VCU) is definitely not my first choice, i'd like to know where places are accepting lower gpas just for curiousity

I've received 4 interview invitations, 2 that I actually attended already and was accepted to both (Wingate and MWU-CPG). My PCAT composite is a 70. The PCAT definitely didn't impress them, so obviously other factors played a big role. Keep at it.

lol, i bombed even more on English. I got a 20 something in English and got a 90 or above on all the other sections

I'm pretty sure that schools cut you off around the 50 percentile so if you have a score around 30% then you better retake it.

I agree with soccerfreak. I think the bare MINIMUM PCAT composite you would get accepted with is around a 50.

And for the record, 2bepharmd, an 82 is far from being considered a low-average score! Be proud of yourself, an 82% composite is a solid score.
