Does anyone know whether the governor's enrollment caps is going to have an affect on graduate students applying to get in for the fall? I read the CSU struck up some deal about enrollment caps for freshman, but what about post-bac students?

Hi,
I am currently at SF State in their post bacc. program. The enrollment caps are going to affect any future post bacc. from attending in the fall as SFSU has put a hold on accepting post bacc. students. To attend their school you will have to now go through the open university. The teaching is great and I feel I will be prepared when applying for med school next year. If you have any questions about it email me directly at [email protected]

I'm at Cal State LA right now and will be taking O-Chem at Cal State Dominquez Hills. I haven't heard anything about any cuts being made for post-bac students. There isn't a formal post-bac program offered at CSULA, it's a 'do it yourself' plan. I'm not sure what area you're in but you should try calling the schools you're interested in and check it out.

Good luck! Any questions about CSULA, PM me and I'll do my best to answer them 🙂

Thanks. I read that a deal was struck to raise tuition 10% on grad students. I guess post-bac qualifies in that category. As for enrollment caps, I know they are doing it to the freshman class, but I havent heard anything about grads.

Where is CSUdominguez hills? Is that north or south of CSULA?

Hey, I PM'd you a reply 😉
