Well, when I visited Columbia, they said it is "possible" for all departments, but you'd be taking about 8+ classes per semester AND you'd need time to fit your internship/practicum/whatever in that year as well. They highly recommended against it unless you have graduate-level transfer units available to you. I hope this helps!
