Anyone doing a residency at brooks?

Hi guys, I start school in a week and was awarded a four year Army HPSP scholarship about a month ago. I am very interested in ortho and I think brooks would be great place to spend five years doing a surgery residency. I just wanted to get some first hand info about BAMC.

I consider SDN to be the super Walmart in that you can find anything here. I can't believe that no one on this forum is at Brooks army medical center. Maybe the residence are to busy to check the ever important SDN.😛

Have you read about some Army programs being five years for surgery and requiring a 5 year payback?
