anyone else have tech trouble with UW CCS?

Every time I order stuff , and then try to click "See me as needed" or "call with next result," the whole screen freezes. How can I get around this? I mean, I don't want to wait the 25 minutes it takes for the whole case to finish... I don't seem to have the same trouble with the NBME samples...
