So far I have taken A & P I and II as saturday classes, and stats and psych as web classes. Now my dilemma is that the rest of the courses I need to take all require labs and so far I can't find any more schools that offer them on weekends. My work schedule is 11:30AM to 8PM so I am very limited and most morning classes with labs go too late for me to make it in to work. Very discouraging as I may have to work until I can make a schedule change which could be 1 year or more. Am I just not looking hard enough or what?

Your current employment is important only so much to the extent you need to support yourself now, or gain valuable work experience (not sure what you do). Though, you are compromising your future plans by working your current job, if you are not able to fit in your pre-reqs. I would recommend meeting with a manager, if you have not already, and express the importance of registering for all the pre-reqs you need. Currently, I am working 35 hour weeks (very sporadic) with 8 credits of pre-reqs (1 lab, 2 lectures). Last semester was even worse with 2 labs and 3 lectures, while still working 35 hours a week. I am thankful to have managers who are cognizant of the importance of getting my pre-reqs done, but I hope I'm not lucky. Education first.
If you can't get your hours adjusted, it might be time for craigslist.com. Think about your future.

I hope that helps

At the school I am going to for prerequisites, I have not yet seen any saturday labs. Also, the latest labs start at 7pm and the earliest labs finish around the time you would be starting work. However, I know my school offers some online labs. I have seen anatomy and phys I and II labs offered online as well as labs for other science courses. I am not sure how online labs work as I have never taken one, but that should be something you should look into with your school since students with a busy schedule can fit their online classes in when it is convenient for them. If your school does not have online labs, it might be worthwhile to apply for another school that has an online class that you need and take it there.
I know a lot of schools will proctor, meaning if you have to go in at some point to take an exam, but you do not live close to the school where the class/exam is from, you can look to see if your usual school offers proctoring. If they do, you can arrange to take the test at your usual school that is from the other school for a small fee. Good luck.
If this doesn't work, you can always try to see if you can adjust your working hours such as starting your workday earlier on one day of the week and still working a full 8 hours. This way, you can get off early enough to make it to a night lab. When I was taking classes last semester, I was working full time, but my employer allowed me to adjust my hours a bit so that my school schedule would work out.

Would be nice but the schedules at my work are very strict and I don't want to bring up the fact that I am looking to change careers (I work in finance) with my boss. I don't want to risk getting let go if they find out because I need the money. I will keep searching for a school around me that does either really early or really late classes or maybe weekends. You would think more schools would offer weekend classes for those that work.
