I believe I was accepted as well! I received no notification of an interview needed... but about a reception to be taken place early next year. Do you think I may have missed something? Or does anyone know if Royal ever bypasses the interview process?
I'm still in shock actually!
I'm thinking about going to London to interview, instead of NY. RVC is my #1 choice and I want to do anything that would increase my chances...thoughts?

Just had a question. did you have to take the GRE biology to apply?? I didn't apply to school because I think I needed to take it and didn't have enough time to study 🙁
Hi,
I was wondering if you guys are being interviewed for the 4-year or the 5-year program?
I believe it's the 5 year program. The e-mail says I'll be interviewing for the BVetMed...I just submitted the application through vmcas, and there was no supplemental, so I don't think I ever had a choice between a 4 year or 5 year program.
I received an e-mail October 6 stating that I was invited to attend their NY reception in January/February. Is this where the interview takes place? Also, they indicated that I was offered a place by their Admissions Tutor on their 4 year accelerated degree starting Sept. 2011, so don't know if you can go for either?? Congratulations to everyone!

That sounds fantastic, thanks so much lei325! Where are you from originally if you don't mind me asking? Was it hard for you to adapt to London life? And how expensive???
My first trip to the supermarket (Sainsbury's) was a little overwhelming and I managed to pick up the most random food, but subsequent trips have been fine. You definitely get a bit of culture shock at first, but after a while you get used to it.
It is quite expensive here, food and otherwise, but if you really keep track, it's easy to stay within a small budget.
Lei do you have the same testing schedule with (basically) a final exam at the end of the module and no quizzes/tests in between? I think it's much better than tests and quizzes every week/day. Revision week is my best friend now.
I submitted a late app to RVC. They received everything except one letter from an evaluator (in all likelihood he forgot to send it.) So they have 2 recommendation letters for me. Do they require 3 letters? I don't think its completely necessary and I'd rather not bother him if I don't have to.
Thanks.
That's something I'd email admissions about, because I'm fairly certain they require 3 letters.

now I am thinking about getting on a plane and visiting before they come to the US and interview everyone else...you think that will help?!
I got an interview by email and all they told me was that it would be in January or February in either New York or California but they never told me where and when yet. How is one supposed to book a motel/flight if they don't know where to go?
Who all is attending the January 27th reception in NYC??
