Anyone else think Kaplan Topicals are better than TBR passages?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
They are challenging. I havent started the section tests yet which I heard are also difficult. I would say that the section tests are harder than TBR passages. By the way what do you get on them as a %? Mine is 60-70% and an occasional mid 50% 🙁

I've gotten as low as 50% to as high as 100%. My average is probably in the 75% range as well, which I think is probably equivalent to a 10 for AAMC's PS. So don't get discouraged! 🙂

I have a friend for whom the Kaplan sectionals worked really well (got a 38). I used TBR passages and got a 39. Point being...as long as the material is decently solid, it shouldn't hold you back. The far more critical component is to really understand the concepts and to identify and rectify weak areas in addition to plenty of practice with full lengths.
