I apologize if this section has already been created. I took the MCAT and the physics was literally for rocket scientists. I was completely prepared, bad at physics, but very well prepared... and ended up just incredulous at the difficulty of the Physics section. In retrospect, I'm feeling like I guessed through the entire PS section. Someone else walking out said that they thought it was impossible too, and that there was no way they could have prepared for it.
Has anyone else does a ridiculous amount of guessing in a section and still done relatively well (if I get an 8, I'll be ecstatic).
No issues with BS/V.

When did you take your MCAT? I took the May 31 MCAT and I felt the PS section was difficult. I estimate that I must have guessed on at least half of the questions.

sorry meant to "reply" -- I took the one today 6/13. If you're open to it, let me know how you do and maybe that will give me hope. Right now, taking it again almost feels like a death sentence.

I haven't gotten my score back yet, but I feel like I didn't do too well. 🙁 At least they were "educated" guesses??

Imo physics was ok, VR was the easiest, BS was really meh. I only had to straight up guess on one in the PS portion

If you go over to the May 8th mcat forum, they can give u a good indicator as to what you might expect from a very difficult PS section. Some of them said they guessed rather wildly or more so than they usually do on an AAMC exam and they got pretty good scores (10+)
